Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care System
Hastings County
Child Care Fee Subsidy
Hastings County Children’s Services provides child care fee subsidy to assist families in accessing quality child care. If families qualify, child care costs at licensed centres and licensed home-based providers may be fully or partially subsidized, with families required to pay a portion of monthly child care costs.

If you reside in Hastings County, but work or attend school in another municipality, you can choose a licensed, CWELCC enrolled provider within that municipality for your child to attend, while still being eligible to apply for fee subsidy in Hastings County. If you live in a municipality that we have an agreement with, you may apply for fee subsidy with that municipality for a licensed, CWELCC-enrolled Hastings County Provider.
