Referral Process

How Do I Submit A Referral?

Referrals for the Inclusion Coach Program must be submitted by licensed child care programs and/or EarlyON Programs. If your program is seeking guidance on inclusive practices or to support a child’s unique needs, our Inclusion Coaches are here to provide hands-on support, professional development, and tailored strategies to help educators meet the diverse needs of the children in their care.

For Child Care Programs who do not have a child who requires a referral to the Inclusion Coach Program, they can access capacity building for educators on strategies, coaching, professional learning and inclusion practices by contacting Family Space to complete a Request For Support.

If you are a parent of a child who may benefit from the support of an Inclusion Coach, we encourage you to discuss this with your child’s child care program or EarlyON Educator. For EarlyON Referrals, you and your child must attend EarlyON Programs on a regular basis.
