Hi, I’m Grace. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for childcare. I volunteered at the centre I attended as a child after school each day from the ages of 10-15. I continued working at the centre part-time until I graduated high school & became a full-time teaching assistant. I made the shift from centre care to home-based in order to offer more childcare spaces to the community & have the opportunity to form stronger relationships with a smaller group of children & their families. I am located in Thomasburg, & provide care Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. I focus on child-led, play-based learning. We spend each day exploring outside, creating art, enjoying endless imaginative play, practicing life skills, & forming friendships.

HI, I'm Christy!
I have combined two of my life's passions: Children and photography. Interacting, connecting and having fun with children is something that comes naturally. Spending my days photographing kids exploring is a magical experience and it is a real pleasure to be surrounded by amazing little people all day. With a huge variety of open ended toys and materials throughout the space, the opportunity for fun, engaging and educational play possibilities are endless. Every child can show off their individuality and creativity through many of the artistic and messy play activities and with tools accessible for innovative and imaginative creations.
Living on the East end of Belleville gives the chance to go for walks on the path nearby and play at the parks as well. On the days at home, the fully fenced back yard allows children hours of safe, free play and exploration through all seasons.

Hello! My name is Sarah Codispoti and I am a registered early childhood educator. I have over 8 years of experience working with children, ages ranging from newborn-12 years old, in a variety of settings.
With my experience assisting and teaching children, I felt most drawn to providing childcare in a home setting. Being a childcare provider licensed with Family Space, I get to do what I enjoy most which is providing children with a caring “home away from home” environment.
I encourage growth through exploration, discovery and positive learning experiences. I enjoy daily activities such as playing outside, arts and crafts, reading and creative play.
Working in the childcare field is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling for me. I am honoured to be able to take care of children and be a part of shaping their futures and helping them achieve some of their first milestones in life.
I am located in the North end of Belleville. I provide care Monday-Friday, 7am-5:30pm.

Hi, I’m Nicole! I have been a caregiver with Family Space since 2015. I live in the West end of Belleville with my husband and ten-year-old daughter. We pride ourselves on making our daycare children feel like they are part of our family, including them in everything we do with a focus on what they love to do. Our house is small so we enjoy time outside as well as focusing on free play and child-led learning opportunities. For the past 5 years; we have exclusively cared for school age children which includes transportation to & from school, P.A Days, Snow Days and a full "summer camp" style full day program throughout the summer months! We do activities and numerous field trips daily such as Fort Henry, museums, Peterborough zoo, berry picking, parks, mini golf, movie theatre, public swimming, and so much more! We end the summer with a bang by having a big party; in years past this has included bouncy castles, snow cone maker, yard games, bbq etc! Hi my name is Perla Vigil. I am a Childcare Provider Licensed through Family Space. I have been with Family Space for over 15 years. I am Spanish Originally from Nicaragua, Central America. I am a mother of 3 wonderful growing up adults. I enjoy providing care for children as is rewarding helping them grow in a safe and fun environment, where my home becomes the children's home as well. Children will learn to share as they do activities together or independently as painting, coloring, craft, games, etc. The sky is the limit to expend their minds exploring, and discovering their abilities and also their imagination through story times.

I've been a childcare provider for 15 years, 12 with Family Space. I have my DSW and SSW, but decided I wanted to stay home with my son, so I changed careers and began providing childcare.

I am located in the northeast side of Belleville, my hours are

7am to 5pm Monday- Friday.

At Jilly's house we are a family. Our days are based on play to learn. We enjoy our adventures around the neighborhood and outside backyard play is the best.

We are dog friendly also.

In my spare time I am a hockey mom and a volunteer for Belleville Minor Hockey Association.

Hi my name is Erika!! I am so excited to be working with Family Space!! Its been a dream come true for me to be able to bring my work experience home to care for other families children. My husband and I live about 3 minutes outside Marmora with our 2 girls, 4 and 3yrs old. We love the country living!! Our day involves walks on a non busy road and providing lots of space for outside play. Even though I am fairly new to Family Space I have worked as a Child and Youth Worker as my career for 10yrs now, the last 6 yrs I worked with Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board. I also worked the last 3 summers at Huckelbug Daycare. I have always enjoyed interacting with children the creative play and creating a fun learning environment.
My hours are from 6am to 6pm.

Hi, my name is Amanda. I live in Trenton on Murray Centennial’s bus route. I have two boys ages 6 and 2 years old and a 12 year old stepson.
I have my Early Childhood Education diploma. I’m licensed through Family Space. I have lots of experience working with children in school settings and daycare centres. I am CPR/ First Aid certified.
I provide a healthy lunch and two snacks a day. I have a safe and healthy environment to learn through play.
My hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hi, I’m Justina. I’ve been a childcare provider with Family Space since 2019. I’m located 5 minutes North of Belleville Walmart. We are on the bus route for Harmony Public School and just down the road from Belleville Christian School. With a big back yard we have lots of room to run, we have a swing set, trampoline, sandbox and lots of ride on toys for play learning. I supply healthy snacks and meals. My time of operation is Monday-Friday 6am-5pm.

Hello, My name is Aggie and I live in Frankford. I am the mother of two amazing children who are already in university. I have my first Aid and CPR certificate, I also have a background working in learning child centers. I decided to open my own licensed home daycare through Family Space. I believe that children learn through play. Our days will be filled with many indoor and outdoor activities like crafts, games, story and circle times, gardening, nature exploring and many more. My Name is Elida and I have 3 children, two in high school and one in elementary school. I have a background in transportation management and banking but switched to Licensed home childcare 9 years ago. I love working with children and seeing the smile on their faces everyday. I provide a safe and fun envirnoment for new experiences so they can grow into their own unique person. We work on socialization and exploring the world around us through free play and different craft mediums. I have been privileged to see many of my daycare children from their first steps to first day of school and beyond.

Monday to Friday 7:45am-5pm ages 1- 2 1/2 yrs.
Also available for overnight care for 6-10 years Sunday to Thursday 8:30pm- 8 am.

Becoming a home daycare provider and joining the Family Space team has been the best decision I could have made for our family. I can finally say that I love my job!
Each day is a new adventure, as we explore where our day takes us! Some of our favourites are: baking, colouring, reading stories, and sensory play! We also love being outdoors!
Our home is situated on 2 acres of land in Shannonville, just five minutes from the 401. It’s the perfect location for commuters!

Hello!! My name is Shannon Pugsley! I have been providing home childcare with Family Space since April 2021 in Shannonville. I graduated from the Early childhood education program at Loyalist college in 2011. I am a mom of 3 wild but incredible children (13,3,2). I am also first aid and CPR qualified. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work and stay home with my children to watch them grow and learn. We have a love for the outdoors and enjoy our large open space to run and play! I thrive to have the children in my care feel like they are at home and offer a safe environment for them to feel that way.

My hours of operation are 7:15am-5:15pm.

In that time are moving our body’s and growing our minds with lots of gross motor and imaginative play. We love to explore our creative sides and aren’t afraid to get our hands messy!!!

We spend alot of time going on walks and outside. My backyard is our favorite place to be. I have a park behind my house also that we love to visit. We love story time and circle time! I am a mom of two children and have been with my husband for over 10 years. We currently live in the east end of Belleville. I spent years working shift work trying to make ends meet until I had my second child and decided my children needed a full-time parent as my husband is gone all week for work. In 2019 I took a leap and joined Family Space and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made. As of September 2022, I will be offering before and after school care for schools in my district, and overnights as well. I look forward to meeting you and your child(ren)!

Becoming a Mom has given me a passion for the toddler years! The amount they grow and learn in a year is absolutely incredible! I’ve worked with children for the past 15+ years in daycare, home and public school settings. I absolutely loved my job as an EA for the past 10 years, but knew I’d also love spending the day home with my children, so I told them “let’s bring playgroup home” and provide my community a safe place for their littles! I love leading play with children’s interests and curiosities, providing open ended play, playing outside, story time, arts and crafts, singing songs and imaginative play! It’s a privilege for me to provide a safe and positive space to foster independence, emotional intelligence and empower individual growth. I am located on the East End of Belleville. My name is Heather and I am a Mama of 3 littles.
I provide a play-based learning environment set up for lots of exploring and adventures. We love to immerse ourselves in nature with lots of outdoor play on swings, the sandbox, slides and more. We also love to go for walks to the farm down the road to see the cows, horses & sheep!
We have tons of indoor toys to play with, but our favourite thing to do is have a dance party! It always helps bring up everyone’s mood and get all the wiggles out!
We do all sorts of arts and crafts and I love to encourage the kids to be involved in the kitchen. We love to learn about all the healthy foods that help our bodies grow each day!
I am located in the Plainfield/ Roslin area, between Hwy 37 & Shannonville Rd.
My hours are Monday – Friday 6am-6pm.

A little about me! I am a mama of a 2 beautiful girls 5 & 2. I had the pleasure of having an amazing daycare provider in Whitby and saw firsthand what she had on my child’s development. So once we moved to Trenton and I had my second daughter, I made the decision to leave my dental career behind and stay at home to shape little minds, rewarding right!?
